OpenDocMan is a free, web-based, open source document management system (DMS) written in PHP designed to comply with ISO 17025 and OIE standard for document management.It features web based access, fine grained control of access to files, and automated install and upgrades.Unlike most DMS’s that require you to change your business rules in order to manage your documents, OpenDocMan allows you to integrate your current rules. Through supporting multiple file types, to departmental review, OpenDocMan lets you concentrate on the business at hand, document management. Free document management software is good to find.

If I talk about my overall experience, then this software is highly recommendable to others since it comes with many features that make things easy, especially for industries where a large number of documents are managed.
What do you like best about OpenDocMan?
The software seems to be very useful to me with great features, starting from document management to sharing, etc. It has many inbuilt features, and from an integration point of view, it is integrated with many 3rd party applications like MS, which makes working and sharing easy.
What do you dislike about OpenDocMan?
Not as such, but the UI can be improved.
