One of the best HRMS automation software with multiple functionalities. Before using this, I had used many HRMS but did not find them as efficient as OPT HRMS. I can easily manage my work through this as it's easy to use. I can manage my crucial data with no worries due to its high security. Thanks to the HRMS team who made this automation tool. I can store unlimited data there and manage all HR-related tasks from anywhere. So, I think OPT is good for everyone. It also provides security for my crucial data. I am quite happy with this HRMS so far. No complaints except for the one point mentioned in the cons.
What do you like best about OpportuneHR?
Can alert you to your scheduled meeting by giving reminders. Helps you organize work by workflow management. It is cloud-based software.
What do you dislike about OpportuneHR?
While evaluating the performance of an employee, it can be based on performance scores, not on how they treat customers in disparaging ways. It has only some ways to prompt human input.

I found it to be the best because it provides an easy means of financial calculations while offering attributes like application security and more. As an entrepreneur from a non-finance background, these tasks used to be a nightmare for me, but OPT makes it simple. I recommend it to everyone.
What do you like best about OpportuneHR?
It provides application security and allows you to view employees salary history and information. OPT HRMS also enables you to calculate the TDS.
What do you dislike about OpportuneHR?
Sometimes I find errors during data entry. Im not able to understand whether I have missed learning some features of the tool or if its a software issue.
