I will always recommend OptCulture Loyalty Management System to my close professional contacts for its customer oriented service and amazing quality. OptCulture Customer Loyalty Management System lets users manage their customer loyalty with the help of a bonus points system. Customers can gain reward points with the completion of actions such as in-store purchases, referring friends for services and providing feedback. Customers also have the option of redeeming these points via discount coupons, gift cards or other promotional services.Optculture has an efficient and up to date customer database where users can store important contacts. They can even group these contacts according to priority by using customized tags and then create target email and text message campaigns. OptCulture Loyalty integrates very well with point of sale and business systems as well as customer relationship management solutions using different advanced integrations. It's been more than a year with this software and I must say that it is the best!
