Very Good and Optimum Use CRM
Very nice software with most of the features readily available for maintaining huge customer base.For multi users in the Chamber, announcements also can be created for informing other staff members. Our customers are retained due to continuous tracking and following up which is the major problem in our organization. Now all the staff aware about their daily tasks and goals and daily reporting helping each other for data management. Need training for better use. Support team are very good and provide updates often.
