Overall experience with the Oracle Hospitality is good. Server can be customized. Ease of setting up availability of items. Its quite easy to fix any issue with this tool . Its highly scalable and robust in terms of functionality.

KEEP LOOKING!!!!!
Don't do it they want to charge you for everything and only want to email you help pages. I for one am not at my desk on my email unless I have to be. I have employees, guests, walk throughs!! I have had an open issue with the support team for over 3MONTHS and they just keep passing me around to someone else and wanting to charge me for everything. I completely changed my confirmation letters and paid over $600.00 and they still don't work Look at another PMS and POS system!!!!!

The software is a boon for restaurant industry
For me, Oracle Hospitality came as a blessing in disguise. I recently joined a hospitality leader as Stock Manager. In my previous job, the record of stocks was prepared by manually which was both tiring and erroneous. But, now it is as easy as clapping because they are using Oracle Hospitality.

Very useful to provide high-leveled services
