Overall experience with Oracle Hospitality is good. The server can be customized, and it is easy to set up the availability of items. It is quite easy to fix any issues with this tool. It is highly scalable and robust in terms of functionality.

Don't do it. They want to charge you for everything and only want to email you help pages. I, for one, am not at my desk checking my email unless I have to be. I have employees, guests, and walk-throughs! I have had an open issue with the support team for over 3 months, and they just keep passing me around to someone else and wanting to charge me for everything. I completely changed my confirmation letters and paid over $600.00, and they still don't work. Look at another PMS and POS system!

HORRIBLE customer service and tech support. Edits, changes, and customizing reports are impossible.
