It is very easy to use

osTicket is one of best open source support ticket system. It seamlessly helps user to place inquiries via email, web forms and phone calls. It is very easy to use and provides multifarious features. It is completely free to use. It is a marvellous experience to use it.

Easy to install, it is very easy for the customers

What I like about it: The best part about is that it provides you self sufficiency, which means it will provide you an ID and password with which you can log in and get access to the soft ware. It is very cheap and saves money from 1200 to 1300 $ annually. It is very much easy to install it is very easy for the customers to install it and use it. It has very fast speed that prevent wastage of time. It present income tickets in the best way. The material at the back is highly customized. What I don’t like about it? When it is not updated with new features then it irritates me a lot. The problems of plug ins are excessive. Its access is not quick. I am a soft ware student so I knows where this company lacks and what are its major flaws where they should put effort.
