What do you like best about PaperShala?
I am impressed with PaperShalas support. They are always ready to help us. They even custom developed two features specifically for us without any extra charges.
What do you dislike about PaperShala?
In the proctoring field, they provide candidate pictures during the exam, but I think they must include video proctoring service.

Price is too good and lower. In less price PaperShala provide premium features and best support. Specially PaperShala support is so good.

I added some long text questions to the paper but could not add a selection question to the same paper. All the non-English text was replaced by question marks (????????). When the students answered the test, they tried to resize the very small textarea to see everything at once but could not. After I checked it, they entered to see their answers and saw everything as one long line. There is no way for the teachers to write comments for the students or for themselves. When adding a question to the paper, I tried to reorder them but was logged out of the system. There is no way to grade questions. There are no invitation links, and you have to add students manually.

Easy to register and easy to log in. Nothing more than that.

Good, but it could be better with some improvements. The overall experience is good but hectic due to the need to copy and paste the questions. Moreover, I will prefer and suggest the paper to my colleagues and friends because it is worth testing (as a 1-year demo version is given).
What do you like best about PaperShala?
Firstly, it provides a free trial for one year, which is a very good thing, and anyone can check the features properly within this one year. Secondly, the question bank option is very good.
What do you dislike about PaperShala?
Firstly, the purchased version has a price of 400 Rs per student per year, which is very high in developing countries like India. Secondly, there is no option to import questions from Excel or a spreadsheet.

We are using this software to set up the script on our server under our name. They provide white label development as well as customer support. Soon, they will provide APIs, and we will go live on our servers again. In any software, service support plays a crucial role, and the Papershala team is doing an awesome job.
