Terrible company with terrible rates

Sign up was $5000. It requires a 3 yr contract at $500 per mo. The salesman Curtis told us that as a rule of thumb, anything over 2.00% would be our margin. So we committed and did the integration and put some sample charges in. We quickly figured out that our cost was more like 2.7% which is what our competitors are giving out as their RETAIL rate. So we are priced out of the market. At the 40 day mark we realized that this was not a viable product (takes 30 days for charges to go through and see what your rates really are.) By that time we are outside of the 30 day mark so we are on the hook for $500 per mo for the next 3 years with a product that we cant compete with. DONT BELIEVE WHAT THE SALES TEAM TELLS YOU. MANAGEMENT WILL DO NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. THIS IS NOT A VIABLE PRODUCT AND A VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY. Also, tech support acted like every question we asked it was the first time they had ever heard it. Simple questions like what fields are required to process a payment? Like are the address, zip and phone required? They are which also makes no sense. When was the last time you charged a credit card and had to give up your phone number?
