"I am using payu from 6 months after using 4 month they hold my settlement, I open ticket for several time but no response ticket auto close, there no any way to contact customer support support is only way. After 1 month of followup finally i got reply that your these transactions are on hold kindly approve to refund (total amount of hold transaction way 81050.76/-). I send approval after that no reply again i send several msg after that 1 day i receive same comment your transactions are on hold kindly approve, again i send approval but no reply. today it's 2 month and i not receive any amount of my sale. Never go for this Payment Gateway."
