User-friendly
PeopleWorks HCM has helped us nurture our employees throughout their life cycle. Their user-friendly employee dashboard has reduced HR dependency on leave and attendance management. All reports with employee-related information are easily fetched within a few clicks. Even employee survey participation has increased. PeopleWorks' implementation and support functions have outperformed themselves in customizing the HRMS to meet our organizational goals.

Using the technology solutions offered by PeopleWorks for the last 5 years has simplified the way we manage our employee life cycle. I find comfort in the fact that they cover the entire employee life cycle - from hire to alumni connect. They provide good support and have a well-defined escalation matrix. PeopleWorks Review
We have been using PeopleWorks for more than 10 years, and it’s a highly recommended portal. It helps us ease our job in certain aspects like payroll, statutory reports, leave management, automated birthday wish emails, income tax declarations, and personal details of employees. Most importantly, it is accessible anywhere with a relevant user ID and password. Each user is given a secure user ID and password, which keeps the information confidential. It is especially helpful for HR, as it allows us to view any employee details anytime at our fingertips. The payroll process is designed in such a way that we just need to provide the required input, and the system calculates everything automatically, providing the output efficiently.

PeopleWorks is very user-friendly software. It can generate various types of reports with customized fields as per the user's preference. The mobile app is also very useful. The leave module and attendance module are excellent.

Easy to use software
Overall good, but there is a lot of scope for improvement to make HR's life easier. The compliance part can be configured and defined easily without much complexity. Top-level reporting can add more value to the product.

Best HRIS System
Highly recommended to other partners. This is the best software, integrating all the necessary features from an HR perspective. The key advantage is that it consistently takes suggestions and makes modifications, which is something other software providers usually do not offer.

Currently, PW does not have a mobile-based system for capturing attendance. We are working with two separate vendors to get the proper attendance of employees. We have integrated the mobile-based system with PW.
