I have had the best experience with peopleHum after working in this industry for nearly 12 years. This team has a thorough understanding of what the market needs and can easily cater to their customers. They take special care to go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are being met. Our association with PeopleHum lasted for one year. When we signed our agreement, they made multiple commitments that they did not fulfill even after a year. During our association, there were many incidents where their team was incompetent in solving problems, and our team had to provide solutions, yet they still failed to deliver. They were overly eager to push us to their new user pricing by leveraging our employee data or sending email threats. We switched the moment they violated our contract terms and tried to leverage our employee data to get us to switch to their new pricing. To top it off, their team even sent us a threatening email.

peopleHum has brought the employees within my organization closer together. Physical distance is no longer an issue when it comes to getting work done. In fact, we'd probably continue using the software even once regular in-house work resumes; that's just how effective it is!

Performance management is great. Their latest huddle feature is also very useful for remote team management. Love the UI and the colors. There is no complexity in this tool.
