When a zomato rider reaches the cafe it dsnt show the driver has reached plus when he picks up the order it again dsnt show the same. Moreover when it picks up the order ot should automatically get settled into past orders.

Amazing POS system

Before using Petpooja we have purchased Dotpe for our home website. When compared to Dotpe the Petpooja UI looks really fresh and appealing. Petpooja helped us to integerate the Dunzo API with our POS which is very useful.

Inventory undoutedly is the best as we are using almost all features in it. well thought what the restaurant industry needs like central kitchen concept, semi gravy items recipe formation, raw material conversion etc. impressed me. Cpd dynamic reports section built for us is nice.

Everything is there on your fingure tip
Iam using this software from last 3months its very userfriendly. Compare to other software in a market. Just go through it once with proper training you will understand it with in a 2 days. Technical support also is good but sometime problem is if you tell them to call back on our time they forgot. Followup is lacking from Technical support. Its hapen we can understand due to overloded phonecalls. Keep rocking petpooja. "Mr.VASIM" is very polite if we not get any responce from Technical support. He assist me very well.

I am happy with this but looking for recipe and inventory features
It's help and easy to use for small menus. However, there should be a way to delete the not required categories from PP, and a way to select certain dishes and change its category in one go. Doing category change for each dish takes time and fatigues the mind.

Best Support

Easy to use and Support is Good
