Under developing project incomplete software
Unworthy incomplete software they promised for all the features but now most of it is incorrect. They r using the customers as trial for their software. Disrespectful behaviour. I purchased 1yr ago started to use from april 1st. 5 month’s over still am not getting it properly. Reports are incorrect customer service is worst. I decided to waste my time on this software. I regret badly

They are jus making fool out of customers. Worst customer service and behaviour of administration. I wasted 17700 on this under developing project. Dont even think abt buying this software, useless only u can use it for meter reading, statement. Not much useful.

I bought this software 1.5 yrs back. Lot of corrections from then. Now i decided to drop it just because of the administration ppl’s attitude. They give only false promise, not committed and the way they speak is really rude, They want to run trial with the real customers. I totally felt i have been fooled for so many months. Loss of 17700 after implementing the software. Thy shud know how to treat the customers.

Petrogenuis Not worthy. I am using creative software from erode tamil nadu. They give much better customer service they are polite and kind enough. PetroGenius admin ppl are rude.
