The most impressive is the pipeline where we have complete visibility of the deals we are nurturing.

Nothing much, but it doesnt have the UTM tracking on the leads, and also there is no open API to push leads into the other CRMs.

Pipedrive provides extreme visibility of the deal stages. Features like automations, campaigns, and extreme insights are plus points.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
When I started with Pipedrive, there was no capping on the features, but now they have started putting capping on the usage of features. That shouldnt apply to old users.

Nothing seems to be the best till now.

This was one of the first CRMs I've used. It has a very simple and understandable UI. You get all the major features you are looking for in a CRM. They have one of the best chat supports. Pipedrive sometimes gets slower to load and perform work; I've checked with multiple team members, and they have the same complaint. It has integrations available with major software. It's also good to see the Pipedrive logo available in the list of integrations. The automation feature is a huge plus; it's fairly simple to get an automation up and running in minutes. It lacks some features that other CRMs may provide, but it's a good CRM for any startup.

The increase in sales of our company and reaching a higher level of organization within the company are the greatest benefits that Pipedrive has allowed us to achieve. The results began to be noticed shortly after we signed up for this CRM sales service. We have a lot to thank Pipedrive for. Using Pipedrive is very easy. In fact, I learned to use it in a relatively short period of time. The taskbars are positioned in such a way that they facilitate the work. Its interface has been designed with users who have little experience with applications of this type in mind. Anyone without much experience can learn to use it in a matter of days. Registration is also simple. Some data is entered and voila. An email is required to subscribe to any of their plans. Another thing I like most about Pipedrive is its analytics, which allow me to analyze the summary of our sales in detail, in order to make the necessary adjustments. In fact, as a statistical tool to understand the impact of our company's sales and predict future behavior, it is valuable. Similarly, Pipedrive allows me to schedule actions such as meetings and conferences by sending me notifications via email. It is an excellent manager and assistant that allows us to always be up to date with the activities to be developed. Pipedrive really is very good.

Cling onto Pipedrive for an increase in sales and business management, not just for company teams or small businesses, but for big companies too. It is simple, fast, and effective.
