Working in an email program with email Add-in and Outlook, reporting capability and sales Methodology, keeping data, visualization. The software comes with built-in support tools, guides, and context-specific guided video tours to help users get the most of the system. If these built-in help articles don’t provide what a user is looking for, they can contact support from the system dashboard. The system also keeps a record of all data entered, including information on lost.

The most Efficient and cost Effective CRM

The pipeliner CRM has given me the best experience so far. it is easy to use and saves on time when managing my leads and opportunities. I use the CRm on daily basis, its views are dynamic and attractive. the automated processes embedded in the CRM assist in saving time while contacting clients. An example is its gmail and ms 365 addins for emailing. The different views assists me to view my data the way I wish. i have found value in using the mobile application too. the mobile application is easy to use and connects me to the cloud version even when I am outside the office premises.

Pros

the product has easy navigation, and the pipeline view is very beautiful. Customization of fields are easy and impressive

Cons

The parts needing improvement is the communication process with the reps in the field, a video enablement is needed

Very good CRM system, once you learn the basic setup, it is easy to use and helps you stay on top of your prospects. That I believe is key to a good CRM. The Add-ins like Office 365 Outlook is of great value as it does not require duplicate work, the two programmes work together. The developers are adding new features in an ongoing basis which improves the programme, so you are not stuck with an outdated programme. That I like, as everything is in constant change, it good to work with a company like Pipeliner that sees the need to constantly improve their programme.

Pros

The programme is easy to use, the layout is quick to learn and visually appealing. Love the Mobile app, as I can update a customer while sitting in my car after appointment and it will be on my updated when I get back to the office.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about the program.

Best business solution ever, It is very intuitive, easy to learn and administrate. Most friendly and easy to use business solution. Great capability in reporting both in-app with 'filter' and reporting module built-in. They have very supportive customer services staff that help us when ever required. It pulls sales reports and tracks opportunities down.

Working offline, very good when you are on the road or internet is down; you still can work and everything is sync when you are on line again.

My experience is simply awesome. I got value for my money and the very fact that sales managers can use the software to monitor sales, facilitate mentoring and coaching, identify strengths and challenges of individual reps, and streamline the sales process to make it more efficient. They also use the Pipeliner CRM to analyze sales, create forecast and access risk. All of these is an awesome experience for me.

Pipeliner CRM made me understand the true meaning of empowerment for salespeople. Its highly unique visual engagement and well detailed standard reporting system, coupled with a highly simplified yet effective and efficient features, helped me maximize my sales effort. Not only that, but the software also allows integration with Gmail and Outlook mail, so I can easily import data (for instance, leads) into the system with a click. Another interesting thing about this software; it does not control me. That is, I am not forced to use what I don't want to use. I can easily customize any feature I want, for example, I can customize how I want my lead form to be, my reporting system, graphical or standard. etc. I can have multiple pipelines. I can also customize my sales process to my taste, however, I want it. This is just awesome!

Pros

I love the visualization of the software You can easily grasp and follow your data. It is also very easy to learn. There is no need for a full-time admin, hence saved us lots of admin costs.The software's principle of cybernetics(the science of simplication) is just so awesome. It is truly simple to learn, use, however very effective and efficient when it comes to sales. As a sales rep, you get all that you need. It is "sales made easy" for salespeople.

Cons

I'm yet to see any displeasing feature in the system. Rather, the more I use it, the more I fall in love with the product.Especially when I discovered that the developers do constant updates, and they inform users about these updates when it is done. I think they are many steps ahead of any displeasure that may arise for the users.
