How PIRO Retail works

As a web-based tool, PIRO Retail's POS system can be used on any device or operating system. Picture yourself walking around the shop with a tablet that has all the relevant information on the styles that interest the customer, or going to a tradeshow and having the same access to your POS as in the store.

Salespeople can log in with a simple PIN and select a location, if necessary. Finding customers and seeing their transaction history is simple. Creating a new customer profile takes only a minute.

Sales can begin by browsing the digital catalog or scanning an item tag. When a customer selects an item, they can immediately see if it is available in stock or if it needs to be reordered. If the customer is not ready to make a purchase, the items can be added to their wish list. When the salesperson is ready to finalize the order, they can determine if the full amount or only a down payment will be paid.
