Greatest CRM and task-management I've ever used
I started working with Planfix in 2015. Year by year, I found many ways to improve my team's outcomes. Initially, we began by adding real-time updates to projects and generating various documents from project data (Contracts, Appendices, Invoices, Acts, etc.). Then, we enhanced our workspaces for each team: developers, managers, the CEO, accountants, assistants, etc. Each team received its own interface and features for work. Additionally, we can change everything without developers and do it in seconds when we identify areas for improvement. If I can't find a way to achieve our goals, the best support I've ever seen helps us solve the issue. Their level of support is mind-blowing! It's awesome! So, I recommend Planfix to any team looking for a flexible and stable system to build their processes without developers and extra payments.

Great app for small lbusiness
Planfix is an adaptive tool for new and small businesses. Setup is very simple and intuitive; you can start setting it up yourself or use some presets for your business process.

Perfect instrument for b2b IT-startups
I have been using Planfix since the winter of 2021 for the Commercial Department and Marketing needs. It is a great opportunity to set up and run CRM processes quickly without programming. At the same time, everything can be done flexibly.
