An Easy-to-use Complete HRMS Solution
Pocket HRMS has enabled our company HR to streamline their daily tasks, resulting in a better experience for us, the employees. The ESS portal and mobile app are also very easy to use, making it simple to undertake job-related tasks such as downloading payslips, applying for leaves, and marking daily attendance.

It would be good to have a feature to capture attendance using smartwatches too, considering their popularity nowadays.

I have used Greyt HR and Bamboo HR and I found Greyt HR to have a comparatively bad UI, while Bamboo has a better UI. Being an end user, UI and UX matter a lot and I believe Pocket HRMS will surely improve its UI in future updates.

Not a good HR payroll software
We recently bought the Pocket HRMS HR Payroll software. This software is sluggish and unreliable, contrary to its promises. It has poor customer support and is not customizable at all. Proper HR payroll processing and implementation issues are a great concern. Overall, the software is not good, and we would not recommend it.

Pocket HRMS is an amazing piece of software for HR processes.
The attendance management module of Pocket HRMS is handy. We had been looking for something like this for a long time. Luckily, we found the software just before the pandemic, and it has been beneficial during the lockdown.

What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?
The remote attendance feature in the ESS portal is amazing. It allows employees to note their attendance from a remote location with face scanning. The AI-based software ensures that we get accurate attendance.
What do you dislike about Pocket HRMS?
The user interface could be better. Maybe they can provide some theme options to choose from. That way, we will get a more personalized feeling while using it. This is one point they should work on, in my opinion.

I didn't feel that any feature is lacking.

We used GreytHR before, but the user interface is very complicated. It takes some time for everyone to understand it and that wastes a lot of time.

A Wonderful Payroll Software
The software has made payroll management easy. Now we can run the payroll within a few hours, whereas it used to take weeks. My team no longer has to set many things aside to process the payroll correctly each month.

What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?
The software provides an error-free payroll that saves time on many levels. First, it saves processing time, so employees get their salaries on time. There are fewer rechecks, and we dont need to waste extra time correcting mistakes after salaries have been credited to employees.
What do you dislike about Pocket HRMS?
The entire process is automated, but there is some leave-related data that has to be entered manually. If the software finds a way to automate that too, it will be a great improvement. The rest of the process is very fast and accurate.

It has all the features that I need to use.

An Excellent AI-based HRMS platform with an intuitive ESS Portal
Pocket HRMS has made payslip downloads and remote attendance easy. I can use my phone to capture my daily attendance while working from home. I can also inquire about anything related to my employment with the chatbot smHRty and get instant answers anytime.

What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?
I love that Pocket HRMS has an excellent ESS Portal and a smooth Android app. The AI-based chatbot is also a revolutionary feature, as it can understand my queries and respond in real-time. I also love the dashboard, where I get an overview of all data as soon as I log in.
What do you dislike about Pocket HRMS?
I did not like the dated look of the web app and the mobile app. Although the user interface is intuitive, it lacks a specific brand image. With a bit of polishing, I am sure the UI and UX would be much better.
What features is Pocket HRMS currently missing?
None that I am aware of.
What other products like Pocket HRMS have you used or evaluated?
I have used GreytHR and Pocket HRMS seems to be the better option. GreytHR has a confusing UI and requires multiple clicks for accomplishing simple tasks.
How Pocket HRMS is better/different from its competitors?
Pocket HRMS has an 'smHRt Suite' that sets it apart from other HRMS applications. I have personally used the chatbot smHRty, which is a part of this suite and my experience has been really good with it.
