Totally Obsolete
Well, If you know what your are doing and are professional , stay away from this POS. It won't work for you, interface is nice, easy to use and Tech support are always available and knowledgeable. The problem is with the design and ONE option of this POS that makes it totally un-usable for restaurant like mine. I have a waiter (his job is to stay on the floor, take the order, send it and watch the tables), a runner that bring the food to the table, and a busser that clean the table of the dirty plates ( aclassic set up in the usa). I have 2 floors and I just find out that you can not "fire" the courses, no option for that. So you can sen the order for a 3 courses meal, with the order of the dishes and that is all. the chef will get a ticket : 2 cesar salad #1, 2 Burgers #2, 2 Brownies #3.and after that you CAN NOT communicate remotely with the kitchen, that means when the table is done with the salad, the waiter will need to leave the floor, go down the stairs all the way to the kitchen and ask verbally to the chef to send the main course, and do that again to send the dessert. That is JOKE, the "fire" option already existed in the USA 20 years ago. what is the purpose of having a POS if you can not work remotely ???? A lot of time lost programming for nothing and I now need to find a new system .
