When I first started using Prokuria, it seemed like magical software that would take all my problems away. Prokuria captured every change in my documents, which was very helpful because it was the first time I tried software where everything was perfectly synced, with no mistakes or extra work on my part! The user interface of their tool is so easy to navigate, you can find anything in no time at all; plus, they provide excellent support for any issues or questions users might have along the way.

I found myself in a never-ending cycle of manual work and inefficient processes. The best thing about Prokuria is the POs. Not only is their PO more time-effective, but there are no errors from handwriting everything down anymore.

We've tried a few procurement solutions before deciding to go with Prokuria. Although we needed to make some changes for it to fit our processes and needs, the team was very quick to help us resolve this issue. Their pricing is more than reasonable considering all the features they offer, and there are discounts available for longer-term commitments as well.

I'm glad I found Prokuria. They have a procurement solution with all the features I need to track my purchases in one place, and it doesn't require any extra work from me! I've tried several different solutions before this one; it's really easy to use with no complicated calculations or Excel files—just enter the type of product you want and your specifications, like the unit price, so there won't be any mistakes when printing invoices later on. It saves loads of time too because who wants another pile of papers waiting for them at home?

Im really glad that suppliers are not required to create an account in order to participate in my events. Not only does this make the process much more efficient, but it also builds relationships faster because theres no lag time spent on registration before a supplier can get involved with our program!
