I would love to see more integrations with third-party tools like project management systems. Besides this, I think the company should also offer more ready-to-use form templates. I think that would be really useful for businesses looking to quickly set up ticket forms on their websites.

We have used products like Intercom and Zendesk in the past. But unfortunately, they all proved to be quite expensive.

I would say that ProProfs Help Desk is miles ahead of its counterparts for two reasons. One, you get a complete customer support suite including a knowledge base, survey, ticketing system, live chat, etc. Secondly, their pricing is unbelievable. There is a forever free plan, and the paid plan starts at $10/month for each agent.

Everything has been working pretty well so far. I will update once I find any major drawbacks.

Since we use Slack for internal communications, I would love to see a Slack integration soon.

The most affordable help desk tool you can ever get

Before switching to ProProfs, we were using Zendesk, which was costing us a lot of money. In addition to being expensive, agents had a difficult time getting the hang of the tool. Perfect platform meant for team collaboration

Earlier, there was always friction between teammates regarding who was managing which tickets and whatnot. However, everything is pretty transparent now with the round-robin ticket system.

We are no longer missing out on our support emails, thanks to ProProfs Help Desk. We have three separate support emails for the three different products we deal in. We added all of them into one, where the admin can easily see the progress on each of the product emails. What’s more, teams are able to collaborate in real-time with this email management tool.

Thanks to PP Help Desk, we are able to resolve 90% of our support tickets in one go. We don’t have to reopen the tickets we’ve resolved, as the software helps us collaborate and find a solution faster with the help of other departments, hassle-free.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Help Desk?

As of now, we are delighted with the tool because of how easy it is to use and install. We haven’t found any particular issues to complain about.

Solid product

Helpdesk is very easy to start with and is quite affordable compared to other options. It was simple for me to use our existing Helpdesk email address and provide my agents with a way to track their tickets. The software is exceptionally easy for my agents to understand.

What do you like best about ProProfs Help Desk?

Helpdesk is easy to begin with and is very affordable compared to other alternatives. It was simple for me to already use our existing Helpdesk email address and give my specialists a way to track their tickets. The software is very easy for my specialists to understand.
