User-Friendly With Powerful Knowledge Base Features

Love its Robust Reporting System

It’s got a clean and intuitive UI. Very simple to use. We used it to create a customer service help center to help our customers solve at least the basic issues on their own. The best part is its reporting system. It gives us a sneak peek of the articles our customers find helpful and the ones they don’t, the keywords that deliver accurate content, and the ones that don’t yield any results.
