Creating reports is much easier using ProProfs. I no longer have to spend hours collating information and analyzing data. I can easily access the ready accounts with just a few clicks. I can use the reports to identify risks promptly and track expenditures in real time.

ProProfs lets me generate reliable reports within minutes. It offers different types of reports. I mainly use the Summary and Project Profitability reports. These give me rich insights into how things are progressing and whether I need to step in and control unorganized project workflows and inflating budgets.

I spoke to their sales guy, who told me their team is rapidly expanding the current integration options. So, yes, the integrations are what I am eagerly waiting for! Currently, they offer very few options for integrating.

The integration with Google Calendar is excellent. It lets me see what tasks and meetings are scheduled for the day. This way, I don’t have to worry about missing a task or being late for an appointment. If I forget to look at the calendar during busy days, I receive reminders for approaching deadlines and meetings. Also, no more overlapping schedules!

Tracking projects has never been easier! I simply open a particular project on the dashboard, and within a few clicks, I have all my project information right in front of me. Additionally, I can choose whether I want to visualize the entire project using the Gantt chart or visualize it through tasks using the Kanban board. Thus, the tool offers project visualization on the go.

We like how the tool has helped our team become more agile with the help of the Kanban view. Although it’s a recent addition to their project views, it is quite effective and helps us accomplish a lot. I can see all projects at a glance and all the tasks under one project in no time. I don’t have to switch between windows to track the progress of each task either. Once we click on a project, we can see how each task is progressing and who is working on what.

Hard to say. Haven’t found anything that I dislike about this product. Although, there have been times when we weren’t able to fetch details due to some technical issues. However, the team at ProProfs has managed to surpass every hurdle and help us out at any time with 100% success.
