PulseHRM is the best HRMS software in India for automating the entire hire-to-retire process. Our cloud HRMS software comes with powerful features to simplify operations. It is highly recommended for medium-sized companies, but not for MNCs. Therefore, I think they need to increase the number of features.

The Pulse HRM is great for my use. When I started using it, I was amazed by the software. However, the only drawback is that it doesn't provide faster processing of webpages. Document upload is a weak point.
