What do you like best about Razorpay?
Well, Razorpay is highly scalable and productive as it provides multiple payment options for customers, including credit card, debit card, and UPI for effortless payment and settlement. Most importantly, as a merchant, easy tracking of transactions is allowed by the platforms dashboard, while flexibility in capturing payments at a later time is offered by its developer API. Overall, Razorpay integration proved productive in driving growth and innovation.
What do you dislike about Razorpay?
Overall, I am highly satisfied with Razorpay services, but a little improvement is still required in the customer support portal and ads management for mass adoption.
What features is Razorpay currently missing?
No, almost all services are upto marks in comparision to alternatives present in market.
What other products like Razorpay have you used or evaluated?
Well earlier I use to integrate with PayU payment gateway but due to higher pricing issues I personally moved on to Razorpay gateway.

Payment Gateway Of Modern Day
Razorpay is part of our organization through which most payments are made. We have been using it for years, and it has been improving its services daily with multiple features added over time. Now I have taken the Razorpay X card, which is useful for business purchases. Other good qualities include instant settlement, which was previously T+1 days. I can generate a payment link and send it to someone easily, allowing them to pay using any payment method they prefer.

What do you like best about Razorpay?
The most impressive thing about the tool is its setup without any prior knowledge of such software use. Its been great after enabling instant settlement with a mere 0.15% additional charge. It runs some campaigns which help in securing some credit worth free settlement, which is a pretty good thing. Its interface is just excellent. I have seen many payment gateways with good interfaces, but this one is the best of all.
What do you dislike about Razorpay?
No such feature is missing; one fact is that it even charges fees for UPI transactions, which should be free at least.

Best payment gateway in the market
I have been using Razorpay for more than one and a half years, and it has had a positive impact on our business. In the early stages, payments used to take T+3 working days to settle, but in the last few months, it has provided speedy settlements twice a day: first at 9 AM and then at 5 PM for payments received after 9 AM. Additionally, it offers many payment options such as various debit and credit cards, EMI options, multiple wallet options, and even 3-4 pay later services, which help our customers pay according to their convenience. It's been an incredible journey, and I expect the same in the future.

What do you like best about Razorpay?
The most impressive feature for us is the variety of payment options it provides, ranging from 10+ wallets to pay later options, along with traditional payment options like debit and credit cards. Now we can make settlements anytime with just a click, with a nominal fee of 0.15%, which is a great step by Razorpay. I can create individual payment links when needed, and we have integrated with various tools, which enables us to receive payments via WhatsApp and use it on other websites too.
What do you dislike about Razorpay?
One thing that hurts most is the fee. It doesnt charge a fee at the time of setup but charges a fee on every transaction, which is 2.4% with GST. I think this should be reduced to somewhere between 1-1.5% max.
What features is Razorpay currently missing?
I can't say there is a missing feature but the most painful thing is the charge that is 2.4% of total transaction value.
What other products like Razorpay have you used or evaluated?
PayU Money
How Razorpay is better/different from its competitors?
I think razorpay is far better than this because it doesn't have a large variety of payment options and even settlement time is more.

The best and top payment gateway with great features.
I was confused about integrating a payment gateway, but once I started using Razorpay, their features skyrocketed my business growth. However, their support team needs improvement.

Payment Hold Without No Reason. Unsatisfying Customer Support
Razorpay provides many useful features, but they have held my payment since December 23rd and have not given any reason for doing so. They asked for every document, which I provided, including customer panel test credentials, licenses, certificates, emails, and delivery proof. Despite providing everything, they have not settled my amount until now. I have emailed multiple times, but they only reply once a day. On their chat panel, they always say they will personally raise my concern to the support team and then close my chat request, marking it as solved. They also do not make a call, even after I requested a callback.

Its an easy and efficient payment gateay
We have been accepting payments from around the world, but we occasionally have problems with Amex cards. Overall, the reporting, ease of use, and lower commission charges compared to PayPal are good.

Best Payment Gateway in India
