It is very user friendly

Great CRM indeed. I can set reminders for a phone call or meeting. It has become easier for me to take notes and set an event for every prospect. Most CRMs provide these features, but Reflect CRM is very user-friendly. I run two different businesses and can manage them in a single installation. The most important thing is that I can import all customer information from my Outlook contacts.
