Easy to use, along with a complete suite of accounting features. The Ready templates in the billing portal are quite precise. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for invoicing software.

user-friendly software and late but good response from customer care, Suggestion: add shortcut keys for fast entries, just like Tally accounting software (0% use of the mouse in the tally)

Really great tool for managing invoices, expenses and leads.
I'm using this tool to manage my invoicing and expenses for all the clients. What I liked the most is it's very easy to add clients and costs and create invoices. The thing I most loved is I could see the GST and TDS I paid so I could tie out with my CA.

managing the invoices, expenses. in the expenses its very easy to filter out the GST and TDS amounts which really helping me to create reports and see how much GST we've paid and TDS. Sometime we miss to make the payment. But here i have the clear picture of everything.
What do you dislike about Refrens?
In the expenses they can add the categories and ability to add employees so we can add salary expenses. Also a report that will show me expenses vs the invoicing so i can calculate the profit.
What features is Refrens currently missing?
Reporting Charts. This needs to be there so i can look on dashboard lets say for a given month payments i received and expenses i paid.

I tired Zhou invoicing.
