Using Refrens has easily been the best decision that I have made. The UI is super smooth and helpful. The features are extensive, even under a basic plan, which makes using the software even better and definitely provides value for money! I can reconcile all of my invoices and taxes in one place. I explained that I only needed basic features—just invoice creation and payment tracking. However, after renewing for three years, they deactivated multiple features, including the simple ability to mark an invoice as paid. Now, they’re asking for additional payment to restore even that basic function. When I requested a refund or for the feature to be reinstated, they refused. The only option they offered was reducing my subscription from 39 months to 30 months in exchange for reactivating the "mark as paid" feature. I feel completely trapped and disappointed by this experience.
