The only property management software that works for me!
RentPost is a solid tool that’s made my life a lot easier as a landlord. Rent collection is much less of a headache now—automated reminders mean I’m not constantly chasing tenants for payments, and late rent has decreased. I also really like how maintenance requests are tracked. It’s easy to see what’s pending and what’s been taken care of, which keeps things moving smoothly. The tenant portal is another plus. It’s simple to use, and tenants can update their info, which cuts down on calls and back-and-forth messages. That said, there are a couple of things I’d like to see improved. The reporting features could be more flexible—I’d love more custom view options. Sometimes uploading documents is a bit glitchy or slow, which can be frustrating. Also, the UI feels a bit outdated; a more modern look would help. Overall, though, RentPost does a great job of simplifying property management. It’s not perfect, but it’s been a big help in managing multiple properties efficiently.

Love the easy to use interface and that too at an affordable rate
I've been using this property management software for a while now, and yes, I am completely satisfied with it. The interface is so easy for us, unlike other software, and our work gets sorted in a few clicks. It is affordable with a 30-day free trial, which I am sure no one else provides.

Best in class accounting features and friendly interface
We started using RentPost for its accounting features. The one-click manual payment recording helps a lot. The quick access editing feature helps as well, plus the user-friendly interface has made things very easy. Overall, it has done a decent job.

The dashboard needs a refresh. It can have a modern setup. Rest, no issues so far!
