Every campaign walks you through three steps:

1. Create a sequence

Here, you can change the default email sequence that will be sent to your contacts, or create a new one from scratch. To speed up the personalization process, you can use simple variables like first_name and website_url as well as advanced, AI-powered variables like the icebreaker. It will generate unique personalizations for every single email in your campaign. 

The sequence builder also offers a spam word checker, email reply chance calculator, and, of course, automatic follow-ups.

2. Find opportunities

For finding oppotunities, Respona has a search engine with three modes: 

- Google search 

- Backlink search (by default, powered by Moz, but you can also connect your Ahrefs or Semrush account and use those as search sources)

- Podcast search (powered by Listen Notes)

Of course, you can also import a sheet of contacts if you already have one. 

It also has a bulk email finder and verifier that will find your prospects' email addresses and LinkedIn accounts in real time.

3. Review & launch

The final step of creating a campaign with Respona is to review your AI personalizations and make manual edits if necessary. Before launching the campaign, the tool will run a final pre-launch check to make sure you're not trying to reach out to anybody that's currently active in another recent campaign of yours to prevent duplicate outreach, as well as check for their presence in your unsubscribe list. 

After a campaign is launched, you can manage incoming replies from the shared inbox. The inbox tracks all connected mailboxes, so you don't need to juggle 12 tabs if you're using multiple email accounts.

Respona also offers in-depth insigts into your campaigns' performance, as well as an email health overview to ensure strong deliverability.
