I am very happy with the Restaurant365 customer service agent. They did a fantastic job training me on the system. Before the training day, the system seemed quite difficult to navigate; however, now, a week later, I'm really enjoying using the system and can see why it's regarded as one of the best in the market. The layout is great for fast use of the tables. It is also nice to be able to run credit cards in front of the guests. It is easy to use and track inventory. I am happy to see a team dedicated to making restaurant management flawless.

As long as you put in the initial hours to program Restaurant365, you will save yourself so much time in the long run. We are now a more cohesive restaurant because of the way Restaurant365 has allowed us to communicate with each other. It's like a group Facebook page. Ease of building schedules, drag and drop features, and easy approval or denial of requests and time off. I like the ability to block days off for requested time off. No longer do we walk into the restaurant with notes on employees calling out or having their schedules wrong.
