unremarkable Software

1. We mainly use Routespring to book hotels. It allows us to pay for all hotels using a single company credit card without having to share it with employees. Employees are happy they don’t have to pay anything out of pocket, and I’m happy because we don’t have to process any reimbursements. 2. Besides that, due to the nature of our business, we often make hotel bookings at the last minute.

What do you like best about Routespring?

The best part about Routespring is the people who work there. Overall, it is a great user-friendly app with the added benefit of excellent travel support. I dont have to spend too much time booking travel or managing changes and cancellations. We needed software just like Routespring. It is much easier to configure policy, approval settings, fetch real-time travel data, and receive superb travel support. The most amazing aspect of Routespring is that it searches travel options according to my personal travel preferences. That makes choosing my travel options so much easier and more time-saving.

What do you dislike about Routespring?

No points are awarded from hotel chains when you use this service, even though you can get the same price when you book directly. Customer service basically tells you if you book it, you are stuck with it. Sometimes its hard to find hotels in rural areas, and sometimes it doesnt bring up the current location. Sometimes you cannot find a Rent-A-Car place because of the addresses. Its hard to figure out sometimes if a Rent-A-Car place is inside the airport or outside the airport and some smaller locations. But I have used their app as a traveler. I am not sure how it works for our company admins.

Straightforward and successful travel the executives

It's one of the most incredible booking applications I've ever used. In my previous position, I used Expedia's booking app, which has more options and is visually appealing. However, they do not provide the exceptional service that Routespring does. It is extremely functional and makes the overall task of booking a reservation exceptionally convenient.

What do you like best about Routespring?

Usability and fundamental functionality. Any of the booking options are accessible to you without much effort. How quickly a third party can obtain the reservations you require to continue working. Although this may not be relevant to the software itself, the agents who provide customer service are fantastic! I am extremely grateful that they are available to assist me, as I have received responses late in the day. The information and changes they provide are essential to making my job manageable, and their response time is excellent. Once more, I appreciate everything you do.

What do you dislike about Routespring?

I would like to suggest to the team that the reports be more dynamic from an accounting standpoint. This will simplify the reconciliation process slightly. I dont have any issues overall.

Simple business travel

Routespring has an excellent business travel app. It lacks the clutter that other travel websites have, allowing you to book everything easily without needing extra assistance. I've spent the last few years traveling across the United States to see digital and design clients... I'm always fighting the big name but over-idealized travel websites. Because the same group owns many, I have no competitions or large rewards. As a result, I have no desire to use them again. Routespring summarises the most important information. Routespring appears to have listened to travelers and businesses who require a simple but intuitive travel site that saves me money. My plans change frequently, so I appreciate Routespring's ability to find good last-minute travel options. Oh, and I can easily export my travel expenses to import into my Expensify app.

Routespring is an excellent travel app.

Routespring helps me the most by assisting with booking travel using the company's billing method and providing excellent customer service. Editing train tickets and hotel reservations simultaneously is convenient and versatile. In less than 10 minutes, I had flexible hotel and train reservations.

The user-friendly travel booking app expedites the process of arranging travel options. The customer service representatives are also excellent. I like how easy it is to book trips. Routespring is extremely simple to use, allowing you to book and communicate with support while on the go. When my return flight was canceled within 48 hours of departure, my only option was to call a chargeable number and wait in line for a long time. I used the chat function because I booked through Routespring. I received a prompt response and the assurance that it was being looked into. And it was true - it calmed my nerves and saved me money. It's what I call paymentless travel

My entire trip is paid directly through my company's centralized billing. I don't pay anything out of my pocket. That's a massive relief for me as a frequent traveler. I no longer have to keep track of my receipts or wait for reimbursements. It's a no-cost travel experience for me.

Amazingly simple - and extremely responsive!

The app simplifies the process for all users, and managing the permitted travelers is an added bonus. In addition, accounting and approvals are streamlined thanks to the single payment feature.

What do you like best about Routespring?

The best customer service: friendly, always available, and helpful; switching flights, getting refunds. They almost appear to be teammates from another team.

What do you dislike about Routespring?

They were able to manually configure notifications of booked travels for me; however, it would be preferable if this were an automatic feature. Nonetheless, it works, and they were extremely accommodating to my request.

What features is Routespring currently missing?

There were no problems with the service. My card expense reports are now much easier to manage thanks to the monthly invoice summary!
