Apollo.io has the most accurate leads database and every lead has accurate information filled up. I'm impressed that I never got wrong with the wrong lead data.
The interface is very easy to use. I like that you get info on company's tech stack, as well as which departments are growing. This can make it interesting for building lists of accounts that may be more suited to our offering.
The lead generation, setting up a sequence, and playing play features that I'm using are aligned perfectly with my needs. So don't have anything to improvement.
It often creates duplicate account records, so then I get errors when pushing leads (so I have to find the account in Apollo, merge it, and retry the push). It also isn't clear when building lists, which data has come from our CRM versus which data h

Each meeting type had its own settings and questions, ensuring that every interaction was optimized for its unique purpose. The automated reminders and follow-ups were a pleasant surprise. It not only reduced no-shows but also saved me the trouble of manually sending reminders to participants. Plus, the personalized thank-you notes and next steps after each meeting added a professional touch to our client interactions. The seamless integration with productivity tools like Slack and Zoom made my workflow even smoother. I could set up meetings, send invitations, and initiate video calls all without leaving my preferred platforms. This level of integration was truly impressive and significantly streamlined my daily tasks.
I find the analytical data offered by Calendly to be very useful for my team in understanding our customers' scheduling experience with us. By analyzing data provided by Calendly, we are able to track important patterns and trends in our customers' scheduling activity, such as the most frequently scheduled days for appointments, the preferred meeting channels, and the preferred sales representatives for appointments. This information helps us to continuously identify areas for improvement in our appointment scheduling workflow and capitalize on our strengths.
Since implementation, I haven't registered any solid dislike or drawback with this tool. It has never failed me.
I really do not have any dislike about this product. I am of the opinion that it has exceeded our reasons for deploying it, in the first place.
