I used multiple reports to create a visualized report. Right now, I'm doing it manually, which allows me to monitor and understand many things. I would suggest adding an automated reporting tool to this app for better visibility instantly.

Good initial training for all levels of users. A very good team that responds immediately to queries. Due to the various options for customizing reports, it initially seems very complex.
What do you like best about SalesDiary?
The ease of making entries and the consistency of performance, even in low-connectivity areas.

Initially, the report reading is complex. You will have to spend quite a bit of time to figure out the report format that works for you.

We opted for Sales Diary after trying three different SFA software. Sales Diary is easy to learn and use, most importantly by the on-ground sales team. It was easy to implement, and the support staff was very cooperative. What I liked most is that Sales Diary is not rigid like many other SaaS-based SFAs. The team is open to building specific business-required functionalities.

The mobile application is smooth and very easy to use, and the team is open to in-built, specific business-required functionalities, unlike other SAS-based software.

What do you like best about SalesDiary?
The front-end app, as well as the admin portal, is feature-rich, which allows my company to derive extensive use from this solution. The MIS capabilities of the system are noteworthy. The developers are more than happy to accommodate any feature customization to suit the particular needs of my company. The customer service team is the highlight of SalesDiary, as they are committed to ensuring a successful adoption of the software within the field force. For example, my account manager has been following up individually with my entire field force on a daily basis to guide app usage as well as iron out issues. Thats quite incredible!

The admin portal requires practice to get used to the different features available.

We can customize both the Sales Force Automation app and the Distributor Management Software, which are available on the Cloud. The user-friendly mobile application supports monitoring, planning, and covering all business requirements in the field. All relevant data for strategic decision-making is available on the mobile application itself. Self-learning and implementing new features as per company requirements by the Sales Diary team.
