SAP: Work Simplified
We are a pharmaceutical company, and before implementing SAP, stock management, inter-departmental, and external purchases and transfers were done manually, which took a lot of time. However, after implementing SAP, the work has become much easier and more efficient. Currently, raw material management, consumables management, and purchases are all handled using SAP.

What do you like best about SAP?
The user interface and ease of use for beginners are well optimized in SAP. Tracking the raw material stock and consumable stock has become super easy after implementing SAP. Also, creating and assigning product codes and generating bills is easy.
What do you dislike about SAP?
SAP really has good potential to become a commonly used software in the pharmaceutical industry. But, for that, an aggressive price drop in the software should be done to make it affordable for small-scale pharmaceutical industries.
What features is SAP currently missing?
SAP is the first software I'm using in this category. So, I have no other software experience to compare with. As far as I know SAP is the industry leader in this category.

Easy to use and complete
SAP is comprehensive, easy to use, and intuitive. It had a positive impact on my work, as I needed to send numerous reports to the salespeople, and I was able to generate them quickly so that the team could meet its targets. I was also able to control the stock of materials through SAP.

Easy to use, simple interface, and fast execution of commands. Customization according to needs.

Errors occur frequently, hindering the progress of the work by requiring tasks to be redone and time to be wasted.

However, some SAP tools could be more user-friendly and require extensive training and focus to master.
