SAP SuccessFactors is our primary tool for employee appraisal, recognition & onboarding. The landing page is quite intuitive, with a card-based structure for each activity pertinent to the role. There's an option to link talent profiles in SuccessFactors with external recruitment tools such as Workday.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?
- We can link talent profiles created inside Success Factors with our global opportunity platforms.- Branding and customization are supported; we have renamed it as qFactor.- The appraisal workflow process is streamlined with regular reminders.
What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?
- Old backlogs, such as last years appraisal documents, must be archived automatically; currently, they overwhelm the UI and notification center.
What features is SAP SuccessFactors currently missing?
Collecting external feedback should be a part of the default workflow & it should not trigger the mail client for sending an email.
