MRP-based items cannot be sold or introduced to stock without specifying grams. There should be another attribute for MRP-only items like watches and valuable gifts.

Customer support is a little problem.
Good things: Really simple, feature-loaded, and great for inventory management. Not so good things: Customer support and changes in the system cost you a lot.
