There is more professionalism as customers are now given due importance and no call can go unattended without an explanation due. Now, everything can be accessed & addressed. Gone are the days of haphazard client servicing. Now, proper records are maintained of each & every customer and call. Superiors can listen to the discussions executives have had with potential customers & plan accordingly. If they find something amiss, they can always address same with the concerned executives.
