Sentrifugo is an open-source HRMS and totally free. The best feature I like is its Appraisal System. I always check for its new release to get the Payroll feature, which will make it the best free HRMS forever.

I also used the free version of Orange HRMS. But it doesn't have much features like Sentrifugo.
How Sentrifugo HRMS is better/different from its competitors?
All modules can be used extremely free, no hidden cost.

A boon to Human Resource Management. There is no issue pertaining to data hijacking through it.

I had newly joined as HR Manager, and there was so much pressure on me to maintain the HR-related tasks. Through an HR Forum, I came to know about Sentrifugo HRMS 3.2. I was surprised to see the features it offers to the user, from Attendance to Leave.
