I have been using ServiceNow CSM since June 2016. I had previously used other CSM tools and was okay with them; however, my experience with ServiceNow has been exceptional. It is faster and more effective. It gives customers their choice of contact options with omnichannel engagement. Customer queries are quickly routed to skilled agents and appropriate groups.
