Service now is a good ticket tracking tool but design needs an overhaul
I have been using servicenow for the last 3 years now and i must say is an excellent tool but the design needs an overhaul because the UI looks dated and more features can be added to it. Best ticketing tool in the market. Above all other running tools
I am wokring in IT support for more than 9 years. It's been 6 years I am using this tool in different companies and I have not seen such an amazing one yet. I have also worked on BMC remedy, MAP, Clarify, but it is above all.

Every thing is clearly visible on single page. Updating a ticket and sending a note to the user is so much easy.
What do you dislike about ServiceNow ITSM?
I believe there are few features which should be in the navigation panel rather than going into the feature and then getting into that particular settings.
