I have been working on the ServiceNow tool from the past 2 years, it has been great experience working with that .It provides the simple usage of most software functionalities.The best part of the tool is user interface, most convenient to use and it's application.I would suggest this tool as best technical/service oriented tool.

In case of technical related tools I also JIRA which is similar to ServiceNow, but ServiceNow is more convenient and ease of use compared to that, it also handles the role based usage.
