AirVote

AirVote® is an internal business service for collecting and monitoring customer satisfaction data. The purpose of this online platform is to highlight to a business team any problems in the service areas for the business to quickly correct before they appear in social media as a negative review.

The platform is self-service with zero hardware footprint.  It allows AirVote to be highly scalable without high costs usually required by similar services that use internet-connected stations or stands to collect instant customer feedback. Once a business owner registers with AirVote, they can claim their business and instantly create AirVote questions.  For each question, the system automatically generates a unique set of QR smileys.  Questions are printed and placed in various locations of customer traffic.  Customer provides feedback by scanning a respective QR smiley with their smartphone.  This is the only action which is required - everything else (comments) is optional and anonymous. Happy customers are offered a direct link to leave a positive Google or Yelp review.  Customer feedback data is available to the business owner via a central dashboard.  Business teams can group the data by time, question, business site, or location. Configurable real-time alerts can send instant notifications to the business in case the less-than-happy vote is registered.  The alerts also contain any associated comments giving business teams instant visibility into problem areas.

The pricing model is tiered and based on usage.  Any usage below 50 votes per month is free no matter what tier the client is at. It ensures that only those clients who draw the value from AirVote are invoiced.
