Level Ride app update

I don’t recommend this business at all, they are not US based ,they are in Pakistan, their office in Santa Monica isn’t there it’s another business unrelated to them. My first contact with them was October 2018, I had my app go down after the company I had been working with was bought out and the dept handing my stuff all left, Jay from Appshah said the back end file was missing and the one I had was corrupted and they would need to build a new one which they could do in ten days which they did and got the app back up, I though great they did a good job and even posted a video at their request to help them, August 2019 I decided to get my iOS app developed and again Dealt with Jay who quoted $25k to do the whole project, they Promised to have my app done by end of October 2019 and gladly took my $6500 deposit at the start of August. I dealt with Jay in sales again who kept saying they been working hard in it and would give me updates which never came, it got to December and nothing have been supplied , I started to get very annoyed with Jay and he promptly dropped the projected and handed to a guy called Tak, after demanding they provide me with updates. Mid January 2020 I finally got together with their team only to be told the back end file wasn’t any good and it would take 9 months to do this and they put the price up to $70k, (Laughable ), even quotes in the USA with local comp aids were only $35k, so at that point I had enough, the $5500 I paid to have the back end file built had not been done, Jay before he dumped the project on Tak told me he never said he was rebuilding the back end but simply did a reset which is about a hours work but took me for $5500 to do that, I had the app go down once before and the original company did a reset and I was up and running that day , so beware of this company as they are refusing the answer my calls and admit they didn’t work on my project as they needed to conduct research again Laughable excuse and another reason not to trust or use this company , They moved my app to a new server and completely stuffed it up and blamed Google Pay Store, they didn’t know how to fix it, so I found another company who didn’t ask for money up front, they figured it out within a hour and had it all redone including rebuilding a new back end file in just 5 days and are now doing the apps which in just two weeks is almost complete still not asking for money and things are going 1000% faster than dealing g with these scam artists, avoid this company.
