I hesitate to say that because software is never perfect and you can find bugs forever. You have to weigh the cost of testing for bugs forever versus actually using the product.

We created a prototype app and system. We sought a business partner with experience in software development that complied with FDA guidelines.

Although we don't yet have solid analytics, I can offer some anecdotal observations. The fact that we began the project in October and concluded it in March astonished me.
