While OfficeHub Tech's services are exceptional, there are a few areas for improvement. The initial setup and customization process took longer than anticipated, which slightly delayed our full adoption. Additionally, some advanced features in the CRM require a steeper learning curve, making them a bit challenging for team members who are less tech-savvy. Lastly, while the support is excellent, quicker response times during high-demand periods would be beneficial. Overall, these are minor issues in an otherwise outstanding service.
