Went into this just wanting something clean and functional without too much back and forth. The process felt quite straightforward, and things moved along without unnecessary delays. What I appreciated was that they didn’t overdo the design or try to add things we didn’t need. The focus stayed on making the site simple, clear, and usable. Small details were handled properly, which made a difference in the final look. the end, the website came out neat and easy to navigate. It does exactly what we needed without any complications.

We wanted a clean and professional website that properly represents our business and makes it easier for people to find us and get in touch.

After launch, it became much easier for people to understand what we offer and reach out to us. The website also feels more professional now compared to before.

The workflow was smooth and easy to manage. Communication was clear, and things moved forward without too much back and forth.

Good attitude and efficient service management
The reason, I mean the most important of all, we hired this web development agency is that the one we hired before demanded a huge budget for all the custom functions we wanted to implement on our site. Besides keeping the cost within our means, Orfeostory made it look like a simple job. That says a lot about their competence. We recommend them!

What were your goals for this project?
We needed three different input panels for three types of users such as the customers, partners, and general users so that all of them can contribute to the site using their individual dashboard.

Now, it has become easier for us to present information and resources tailored to the demands of our valued users.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I kept a little distance from their workflow management because I didn't want to bother about it. In fact, that didn't affect the overall outcome at all.

It was the first time we worked with Orfeostory. So, we haven't used the other services.

Both design and development services are commendable.
First, they designed a mobile app UI for our restaurant chain in Singapore. Then, we requested that they design three landing pages for our next quarters promotions. Finally, we had them fix a few issues with our website. We only hope to hire them again before the campaign starts.

It would be nice talking to them about our next campaign, but they didn't seem to retain a contract by making promises. In my opinion it's both good and bad. If they talked, I could at least have an idea about how much they can help us.

What were your goals for this project?
The design of our old mobile app wasn't responsive. So, we wanted to let our valued customers use something that looks useful across all devices. In addition, the landing pages are meant to help with our campaign.

We haven't launched the redesigned app yet. Also, the landing pages haven't been out to use. So, I can't really tell how much impact they could possible have. But from the look of them, we can tell they were completed with care.

We experienced neither delays nor unresponsiveness from their end. Also, they seemed nice while working together.

Two websites done to our expectations!
We maintain two websites for the two operational segments of our company. Both were previously designed to be static. As we wanted to make them dynamic, we chose to get them fully revamped. Orfeostory remained highly motivated throughout the project as they designed the UIs and developed the sites with half a dozen new functions. Timely delivery and consistent responsiveness made us happy.

They're disciplined and coordinated, but somehow, we got the feeling that they had to struggle to make us understand the limitations which we might have with the requested functions. They could be more articulate on this matter.

(I) We wanted to bring all our subscribers, both new and potential, under the same coverage so that we could provide them with supports faster and more efficiently. (II) We wanted to enlist our large field support team and allow them to collaborate with the rest of the workforce.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Many of our subscribers sent us a note of appreciation and left positive reviews of our new system. We've been able to save at least 1 hour on any given business day while managing the operations. In addition, it seems much easy for us to expand the team whenever required.

In fact, I communicated with them alone. I experienced no major issues with their communication or project management.

First up, we had many visitors and now we only find it appropriate to bring them the best experience while using the site.
