Pixelcrayons are a Fraud company
We worked with these guys to develop an app for our Shopify Store. We showed them a similar app of a competitor and they said they were totally capable of doing it. Well, after 6 months of delaying the project they delivered us a basic app that was not even close of what we asked for. It had bugs and it was completely unusable from a user perspective. We asked them to fix the bugs and to make the app user friendly and they cameback to us saying their developers could not get any further. In other words we can say take it or leave it. It is here when we asked them for a refund as we were not happy at all with the final result and they refused to return us the money even though in their company website says 100 percent money back guaranteed. So now we have no app and lost the initial investment.

The quality of work has provided is outstanding
I am the Senior IT Project Manager. We are a B2B organization that sells things like beauty product. They seem to bend over backward, and they can almost read my mind in some sense which is good. Two things really stand out to me: their good price and high-quality developers and product delivery.

We did experience a hurdle in the initial few weeks where the designs were ready and we weren’t quite clear where the development stood. However, that was a while ago and it hasn’t happened since.
