Hi Damian, unfortunately with all SEO agencies there is an annual renewal cost for the services provided. At Promote UK, we maintain the website and SEO throughout the contract term, researching and updating when applicable based on Google's algorithm updates. After the 1st year contract has ended, we would have contacted you and tried to arrange an appointment for a renewal meeting. We have thousands of clients, some that have been with us for almost 10 years now. We follow Google's best practice SEO and guarantee page 1 rankings to all of our clients. I am sorry you didn't continue working with us and wish you all the best for the future.
