I was directly managing the client software and involved in the development, My motive was to complete the client expectation and modify the software according to the performance benchmark and to make it work in a calculative manner
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
My project was successfully completed however it took a couple of week extra as the client express to bring up some more changes but they have completed the project under the timeline
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I was the one who was directly coordinating with their developer team couple of times in a week and I never felt they aren't able to understand my thoughts, The team worked really well
